… caught on film being horribly mean to a 14-year-old boy who made the mistake of skateboarding in the wrong place. I’ve known lots of cops in a professional capacity, and dealt with a few others from the wrong side of the law, and have never seen the kind of impotent rage that this man summons at the drop of a hat. The problem with that, of course, is that the man is paid to carry a gun. That’s unsettling.
I understand that Baltimore is a dangerous city, but this doesn’t exactly look like the most hardcore neighbourhood. Nor is this police officer exactly dressed for battling gangs of young toughs. Watch the video and judge for yourself:
To be fair, if my superiors put me in those ridiculous shorts and bright yellow blazer and gave me a quirky little SmartCar to patrol in, I would probably have latent rage issues as well. I mean, even the fourteen year old, scared as he is, seems to be having problems taking him entirely seriously.

Ya, this ”DUDE” / Cop is a real Jackass and makes all good cops look bad! How does a mental midget like that get on the force? He should be immediately jailed, fined, and fired for disorderly conduct, verbal abuse, and for threatening by insinuation this kids life! Not to mention embarrassing his entire department. This Dude definitely has issues and does not deserve respect. All respect is earned by treating others with respect and until this Dufis / Douchebag / Dude learns this he’ll be doomed to repeat this kind of idiocy and never be worthy of any real respect.
And yes, his behavior most assuredly indicates a below avergae size penis or quite possibly none at all.
